For those who prefer an apartment lifestyle, Holland Park West comes in top at around a median price of $ 395,000 and just 7km from the CBD.

These affordable suburbs are perfect for young professionals. They benefit from great transport links into the CBD, great dining and entertainment, and offer a cost effective solution to getting on the property ladder.
